Every vehicle I have ever owned won't star for me either. Check your spelling.

You need to determine whether humidity or actually water is causing the problem. Try to start the car in the garage (dry) with the garage door opened while it is raining out. If humidity, this would be sensor related.

It could be a number of things. Such as a crack in the distributor cap, bad spark plug wires and etc.
