Default Which is better Hyundai Coupe or Toyota Celica?
time has come to buy a new car. realy cant decide ive driven both. ive heard alot of bad reports about celicas, but i love the shape and interior. ive not heard much about the coupe. what is peoples opinions of them, good/bad? and overall which is best, and most reliable?















reliability is the key for me as its spost to be an upgrade from and unreliable car. thanx alex

This really depends on the year. If you are talking 08 and newer Hyundai's they have definitely improved on the drive train overall. Pretty dependable/comfortable. However before Hyundai went with the Toyota transmission, people had problems with the tranny going out. Among other things like Hyundai using a timing belt, Toyota primarily timing chain, Toyota cars pre 2006 were definitely superior. 2006 being the last year they made the Celica. Most people like Hyundais typically for the price which is cheap, very cheap.

Toyota Celica has mediocre interior.















Hyundai is cheap















Toyota Celica's are reliable















Hyundai is not as reliable as Toyota.
