well sure, you are putting the whole car in a bind, its not made to turn with full lock, no car is, some power steering are better than others, but a small 4 cyl ?? has no power at idle, you are forcing the power steering pump, to take all the power. So STOP DOING THAT. back off full lock, hit the gas a bit and get the rpms up that's how those little motors make power you have to wind them up first. The vehicle is fine, its driver error on this one, and if its a four wheel drive, you will be stepping on the gas harder when making tight turns for more power. Perfectly normal vehicle its fine, do not worry about that.
