No. Use only Toyota WS fluid. Prius group members have had lab analysis done on some other fluids and have found that when you use other fluids the percentage of various metal and rubber molecules increase. WS fluid is $6-$8 per quart, and you only replace every 40,000 to 60,000 miles, depending on how dusty your area is, so it's not like it's an enormous expense to use the correct fluid.
