It doesn't look like it. FFV Tundras and Sequoias can use e85 but I don't see Sienna in the list:

The only advantage of E85 is that they can make ethanol from corn and blend it with petroleum fuel. Ethanol is corrosive and has lower power potential so you will get much lower gas mileage while using it If your car isn't a FFV do not put that mess in it.
I put some of that mess in my 98 Corolla by mistake driving through Colorado and my car ran like a moped until I burned it up and got some real gas at the next fill. Lucky I was going far enough to use it all up quickly- and it sure burned up fast taking my hwy mileage from 33 mpg to 24 mpg.
