you're gonna break a sweat. as far as manifolds go, trucks, specially this one, are the easiest to do.
lots "O" room. that's 50% of exhaust manifold difficulties.
soak the fasteners with your preferred penatrent on a semi warm motor over night. not to hot that it cooks off. but hot enough so when it cools it sucks the penatrent in.
be prepared. even the best wrench, no matter how they attack it, may find one or more fasteners that strip or break. just the nature of the beast. that's the other 50%.

FYI,
don't get a gas welder anywhere near the flanges. mig or tig is best. don't want any warp-age on flanges.
