It has been determined that I have a bad sensor on the left front tire. Do you know what a genuine toyota sensor would cost & where would be the best place to order one from ? Thanks
no more than 35$ plus instalation and programing it to the car,,,yep ,,b/s system but all car companies have to have it,,thank our goverment,,certen models have to have it and they all work the same way
$35 for a sensor? I hope that's a joke. Think at least double that, maybe triple depending on the specific application.
You can get a sensor at any parts store or from your dealer or you can use Google to find someone selling them on line (which should be just a few hundred places). Keep in mind, you need to have it professionally installed AND programmed into the vehicles computer with a diagnostic scan tool. Some tire shops and garages know how to do that and even have the right equipment, many don't.
Just go to the dealer and you can avoid a lot of hassle.
