Default I have a 1993 Toyota Camry that shakes when I am at a red light, could it be a tune up needed?
I have had this car for a while now. About 3-4 months ago I had to take it to a shop because it was over heating, well they decided they wanted to do everything else with it besides check the over heating problem. as i was deciding to leave it or not and pay $300 for them to look around and try to fix it and give it a tune up, they were moving it out of the garage to put in the back. I noticed it was making a really crazy rumbling noise so I stopped them and took my car. As me and my friend tried to figure out what they did to make it do this we found that they were driving it without the plug plugged into the spark plug place. when we put it back in, it went back to normal. I didn't go back there... But now I am dealing with this vibration when im stopping and sometimes when I push the gas it hesitates then slips into gear. So my question is, may it simply be a tune up needed?(plugs and wires)

Changing plugs will help with a rough ride. If the shakes keep up you might try valve adjustment it helped my ek hatch run smoother.

Change the plugs and wires - it is time. You may not have tightened the plug enough when you reinstalled it so that could be causing some of the vibration.
