What makes the camry better than the avalon and what makes the avalon better than camry

Avalon is larger and will be more comfortable but will guzzle more gas. It's also not as popular as Camry so it will not have a higher resale value.

The Avalon is the top-o-the-line Toyota before stepping into a Lexus. It's bigger, heavier, and smoother than a Camry.































As stated before, it probably will not retain it's value as well as a Camry, but that doesn't matter to ME, as I drive my cars for at LEAST 10 years and 120-130K miles before trading.

The Avalon is Toyota's flagship sedan so it is quite a bit bigger and more luxurious than the Camry. The Camry is an awesome car in every way but you will not know what hit you when you will drive an Avalon! The Camry is available with both an I4 or a V6, the Camry V6 would be faster than the Avalon with better mileage, though the 4 cylinder Camry has the best mileage and still good power. Because the Camrys are so popular and a great seller, they have the best resale value. Both are excellent cars in which you will not be disappointed!
