best engine for toyota for mudding?

Default best engine for toyota for mudding?
im getting a toyota pickup and i plan on mudding with it a lot and i wanna know what will get me up more hills and through mudholes and i was thinking about 383 stroker but i want something with a lot of power but not a whole lot of weight

if you're going mudding, you want an SAS not IFS. lest they be wrenching you out. so that's 85 and older for the hilux. stroker would be good. the hp to stay on top of the mud. usable torque when you bog.
