how do you install a new infant car seat in a 1998 toyota camry?

Default how do you install a new infant car seat in a 1998 toyota camry?
the car seat was just bought and it has those latches that you hook on, but the newer cars have them but my car doesn't. is there another way to install it?

Have a good look around the parcel shelf and pull out any plastic plugs you find as the anchor points should be underneath. I had a 1989 model car and even that had them.

use the seat belt... all car seats can be installed with the seat belt, though for some the LATCH is also an option.

Please read the manual thoroughly and follow the directions that it tells you to do.















Your asking us for help but it all depends with the brand, model, etc. All car seats are not made the same so without the proper information you will not get the proper help. Plus if I were you I wouldnt ask the internet for help because what if you do install it wrong and get into a accident. If you need help they have a number where you can call the manufacturer of the car seat and theyll be able to help
