YES, it will fit.
I don't remember what exact engine is in the Camry then, but I myself am looking at dropping a 1mz from a '98 Lexus into my '94 Celica. I would assume a Toyota v6 is just a Toyota v6.
I know for a fact that the 1mz, 3mz, and one other v6 FITS the stock GT tranny before you consider the gains in power and how they'll stress it.
Engine mounts are another issue, although if you know how to fabricate it's not out of the question. And the ecu's have to be swapped. But it IS a matching generation Toyota so it's not impossible.
Also, exhaust piping will have to be reworked I believe.
Other than that the problems would hide in the tuning. If it's worth it to you, it's a mighty interesting swap.

The other alternatives would be to scrap the Camry and engine and buy a 3sgte turbo or BEAMS 3s to replace the 5sfe.
But no matter what, it's not cheap. Just encouraging some originality.
