1994 toyota motor shakes (from side to side)?

About two months ago I changed out both motor mounts and transmission mount(all duralast/autozone brand) on my 1994 toyota pickup.I have noticed that at low to mid rpm range the motor shakes from side to side.Get anywhere from a hard shake to a slight shake.Its also intermittent. don't hear any spitting or sputtering.Does not "conk out". The truck runs like a charm on the open road and in stop and go traffic.The best way to explain the way it feels is like I installed an UNbalanced flywheel.































I have doen the following:































1.) checked for bad head gasket(milky looking oil or bubbles in radiator when truck is running).































2.) traced hoses































3.) looked for anything (electrical, mechanical, or vaccum) loose.































4.) Rechecked (brand new) motor mounts.































5.) tried to pull a diagnostic code































My last oil change was the first time I ran pure synthetic.synthetic was on sale and less expensive than what I usually buy.Figure give syn a whirl.Dont think synthetic oil would cause an engine to vibrate.















Got under truck and and remounted/adjusted the transmission mount.the vibration is alot less (anything is an improvement), but it is still annoying.Is there a factory adjustment on the (for lack of better words) the bracket (that bolts onto the crossmember) that the tranny mount bolts to?
