Many cars, even brand new ones, blow a slight puff of white steam vapor even when it is not winter time. After the engine warms, this stops. the steam is usually water vapor and drips of water can be seen to be dripping from your tail pipe---which most people don't realize because they can't see back there...if however it is black, dark, or blue smoke instead of the puffy initial steam from start up, then it could be the beginning of a bigger problem involving oil consumption.
