That depends on the options on the car, fully loaded with all the bells & whistles & plus mint condition, no accidents. Only to talk about price after a test drive, I suggest 14K is tax included with the requirement mention. Start 12k then work your way. If you are not familiar with cars bring a friend who got some knowledge. Shop around compare, there tonnes of it out there, one key, don't rush for it.

check edmunds.com they seem to be more in line with real world pricing. And reviews from real owners

Talk them down to 12500















Be very aggressive and show that you really want it but pretend your just going to walk away and they will eventually reel you back in.

If its fully loaded then its a good price, start with $14k including taxes and see what you get, shop around.

I checked Kelly Blue Book and came up with $16000 Retail and $14000 private sale if it is an LE with cruise control, Alloy wheels and a sunroof.

Car with that many miles is probably about ready for tires and brakes - about $1000. Account for that. If it has new tires and brakes - it is probably worth 14k. If not 1 k less. Also will be ready for 60k major service in 14k mi. Assuming you want to keep up the maintenance - that may be another $400 or so.
