and also i plan on putting a new twin turbo engine, and i was wondering, will the transmission still stay at a 5 speed manual, or would i have to change it so that it could be a 6 speed. Also with the computer, that makes the engine know how to use the manual, how do I get that, or does the mechanic do that?

Assuming that you are using a Mark IV supra, you are probably rocking a 2JZ motor, which is an EXCELLENT motor to build power from. If you are not using a Mark IV supra, a 2JZ motor is your best bet to swap in for power.

Insofar as installing a BOV on the factory system, it's completely doable. Most automotive manufacturers call it a diverter valve, and it usually is a recirculating BOV.

Just remove the diverter valve, and replace it with your own BOV.

Adding a BOV would be awesome it does more work clearing out the chamber and makes a nice sound to it as well. As for the transmission if you change the motor out most likely that 5 speed will NOT fit your going to have to get the 6 speed with it and yes when you change an engine out to a different engine especially turbo you must get the ECU for it. It provides better fuel mapping and performance.
