Toyota uses both kinds of oil, synthetic and natural. Some of their new models cars come with Toyota synthetic oil already in them (the Sienna is one of them, and possibly the Camry as well.) If you have synthetic oil already in it, keep using it, if not, you have the option to go full synthetic after first asking your Toyota dealer what they recommend.

synthetic and conventional but it really depends on the year and model
