Default Question about security system for my 2007 toyota tacoma?
My truck has the weirdest security system and I can't figure it out. The last two days the alarm will start going off when I open any door. The doors are unlocked and everything so I can't figure it out. And when the alarm goes off it kills the battery and I can't start my truck. I'm not sure if this means my battery is dead or what is causing the alarm to keep going off even when the battery is dead. So any information would be nice. And if anyone has a web site I could go to that would be very helpful too.

I would just have the system disconnected. It is not worth the hassle and nobody pays attention to them when they go off anyway.
