Assuming you live in the US already, the answer is no. At least, not without a GREAT deal of effort and expense. If you live outside the US, and are planning to move to the US with your Prado, then it's a bit easier, but still a lot of hassle. Since the Prado was never sold in the US by Toyota, it didn't go through the appropriate crash testing for approval by the NHTSA/DOT. At a certain age (maybe 15 years?), some of the requirements are less stringent, but it's best to consult with an automobile importer if you're serious.
I know several people that have attempted to import diesel Land Cruisers to the US, only to find they are unable to register them here without spending $10,000 or more in fees.
