How reliable are the Mid-1990's Camrys?

My dad is giving me his 1995 Camry LE with 200,000 miles on it. He's taken good care of it, always taken it in for oil changes.*The biggest issue is that our driver side door no longer locks, you have to do it manually. But how reliable is this car?*I have a friend who says these cars are incredibly well made to last. His 1994 Camry has 300,000 miles on it and still going. But I also had another friend who had to get rid of his 1995 Camry because of electrical issues and I worry with the door not locking and all on my car, if that could worsen.

The rare, (and I mean VERY RARE Camry will not last) but almost all of them (over 99%) are well built, and will very well exceed 300k-miles. All it ever really needs is an oil change here and there, and some gas (usually over 40mpg ob the older models). I own a 98 Corolla (Camry, Corolla, pretty much the same car in the 90s) and it's never letten me down
