Why are my brakes going again on my Toyota 2009?

Default Why are my brakes going again on my Toyota 2009?
I bought this car brand new in April of 2008 (but make is a 2009) and the brakes were redone in June of 2010. They are starting to slightly squeal already. It just seems they should not be going already (under a year). I just had my car inspected and it passed with no problems, so I know it is not the brake fluid. Last year when I got it inspected they told me it was really low on brake fluid and I needed to get it looked at ASAP, which is when I got new brakes.

A lot of things can make brakes squeak and it doesn't mean that they're bad. If you just had your car inspected and it passed with flying colors then, the odds would favor that it's not a serious issue. It's unusual that you need a brake job on a 2 year old car, BUT you don't need to get your brakes done every single year or every time that they squeak.

clean and lube brake components.















whats the reading on those brake when it pass? 3-4mm it's time to change brakes































after a brake job, lack of anti-squeal/lube/brake grease might cause noise.















also rust on your rotors, always good idea to resurface rotors































also minor recall for corolla or camry where brakes are wearing prematurely.
