Indicator on my hilux is being a prick..? Help?

Default Indicator on my hilux is being a prick..? Help?
having problems with the left indicator on my 03' hilux.. When i go to indicate the light on the dash and the blinker noise goes twice as fast a the other one on the right which is fine.. Tried changing the bulb, still nothing.. Apparantly it can't be the fuse because the other indicator is working fine ? What else could it be..? Thanks Jimbo

typically that means the flasher is on it's way out. follow the noise to the flasher. cause idk where exactly they are on this one. being a hilux in '03, likely your not in north america and have a truck that we don't see here.
