Default I just change the thermostat in my 99 toyota camry ran a few days then ran hot again?
The radiator fan doesn't turn with the car running unless the a/c is on and it still runs hot

It could be a number of problems like Coolant sensor is out or radiator is plugged. Does the engine make weird noises it could be that your water pump is out. If you cant diagnose those problems yourself take it to someone who does its better to dish out couple hundred dollars for a crucial fix then thousands for a engine
