Adjustable seat in 2010 Toyota corolla ?

Default Adjustable seat in 2010 Toyota corolla ?
I kept pulling the lever on the left of the driver seat and after pulling it so much I figured out it was making the seat higher. Now I can't pull it to make it go back down. It's stuck I think. I had no idea what I was doing Hahahaha so if someone could tell me what the heck I did and how I can fix it that would be great. Thanks

there should be knobs on the side that adjust the height. the lever moves the seat back and forth.

you push on that lever down to make the seat lower.
