it shouldn't be that hard if it's the output shaft seal. dissconnect the driveshaft at the tcase, take yolk off tcase. get a seal puller or use a screw driver carefully to take out old seal. put oil or grease on lips of new seal and drive it gently into place with a piece of pipe or a socket. put yolk, and dshaft back on...done.

relatively simple. matchmark the output shafts b4 you start.















for front or rear, here's the toyota factory shop manual for that,

covers 90-95.































special service tools, SST's, can be omitted. just tare that puppy out. just don't mess up the journals. tap in new seal with a block of wood or an apropriate sized socket
