What does this light and sound mean in a 2000 Toyota Camry?

Default What does this light and sound mean in a 2000 Toyota Camry?
I got this car in March, it had almost 200,000 miles on it (I know to expect a few problems with an 11 y/o car with that many miles, but it was a gift so I love it lol) I've been driving it for a while now and have had 0 problems with it. Except for squeaky power steering. So I get in my car and start it and I hear a sound like the click of the turn signals... I look down by the steering column and a small red light is flashing as well. I had to drive it home and had no problems. There also was no driver manual when I got the car. So what does this mean?
