Default Where can I get a fast idle cam for a '94 Toyota Hilux Ute?
Question explains itself... My car doesn't idle for long enough on cold mornings and stalls... I checked it out and it seems to be missing the fast idle cam from what I see so i suspect that would be the problem...

here in north america you can't get those all by themselves. have to get one off a donor vehicle. prolly the same down under.

No, don't start messing with that carburetor. They're very expensive and if you don't know what you're doing you'll wind up in a very bad way. That carb has everything on it it's supposed to have unless you took something off. Make sure the carb heat duct is in place and the vacuum motor that opens and closes it off does that. If you get the vacuum lines mixed up there's no hope for you.































Go to the library and look in Chilton's Auto Repair manual.
