engine is surging on highway speed on a Toyota Camry?
The problem that i am having is when the engine is warm up when i let go the gas pedal (for example) if i am going 60 mph in i let go the gas pedal the rmp will go down around to 1000 rmp for 5-7 sec in then it will go back to normal up where it should be while it doing this you can feel the car slowing down once it go back to normal you can feel a push like going faster. Another thing on the highway the engine surge while keeping the gas pedal steady it go faster in slower. Any suggest It kind hard to explain i hope you guys can understand my point of view thank you!!!
I already change the spark plug, timing belt,

I already change in clean Fuel Filter, Clean Throttle Body
