My Corolla's AC just started blowing hot air and there's now little movement of the RPMS, any ideas?

Default My Corolla's AC just started blowing hot air and there's now little movement of the RPMS, any ideas?
The refrigerant appears to be fine, but I'm now getting hot air. Maybe the compressor?

does the blower work? does the compressor engage? fuses, relays. even the heater relay switch.















my guess is that the compressor isn;t engaging for whatever reason, and therefor not activating the idle up circuit.































really don't have enough to go on. corrola what? gotta year?































but you have two Q's regarding this. in one you say it idles up, in this one it doesn't. so......... i'm lost.

When the A/C is on do you hear the compressor click on and off? Did you check the refrigerant? Even if its off a little it makes a big difference. Might need to take it to a shop
