Default Toyota Avalon 2000? Car advise!?
Is a Toyota Avalon a grandma car for a 17 year old?? I just got a Toyota Avalon.. And I'm 17.

It's a little late now to worry about it, I'd say.































If you're more interested in driving a reliable, safe vehicle while you attend a university than driving an expensive BMW, this is the car for you.































When some friend makes remarks about it being a granny car, ask them what THEY'RE driving. Usually it's some beat up P.O.S.

An Avalon is not a grandma car at all. Think of it as Toyota's top-of-the-line flagship luxury car. Most 17 years olds have beat up Corollas and Honda Civics. Don't worry about people with "sporty" compacts calling it a grandma car. It drives and rides 6 times better than their tin cans.
