Hello , check engine light cames ON and reading CODE is PO171.What is that? and how to fix.

P0171 is "Mixture too lean (bank 1)" which means there is too much air or too little fuel in the rear cylinder bank if you have a 6 cylinder engine or the only bank if it is a 4 cylinder. Common causes are a dirty Mass Air Flow sensor, dirty fuel injectors, or a vacuum leak. At 12 years old all are good suspects.
