Default I have a 2004 Toyota Tacoma and I'm having trouble with the headlights?
Both headlights went out and I replaced both but only one will work. I figured maybe the the bulb for the one that didn't work was just faulty but after going through 3 bulbs and it still not working I kinda ruled out faulty bulbs. The harness and the connector are both in good shape and I cleaned the connector and put dielectric grease on it and still nothing. Any ideas as to what to go through next? Thank you in advance!















I went over it again and it is the drivers side light. The high beam works just not the low beam. Using a test light I found both low and high beams have power which is throwing me off. I haven't gotten the DVOM out yet but I guess that's next?















It is a double cab, V6 with TRD package if that changes anything?

use some WD-40 or some dielectric grease on those since pulling them and reinstalling made a difference. it's a long and tedious process. sorry........

I removed the connector at the back and then reseated it on friday night. I also removed and reset the fuses. I was able to get the lights to work. But I have not checked to see if they are still working.
