2005 corolla XRS clutch?

Default 2005 corolla XRS clutch?
When I release the clutch it engages almost when the pedal has completely come up. I was told that I need to replace my clutch but when I am driving the car never slips out of gear. Do I really need to replace my clutch or can something just be adjusted?

If your clutch is not slipping when you put the car into a high gear at a low speed and depress the gas pedal then you don't need to replace it. Some hydraulic clutch cables are adjustable and some are not. The Corolla has an adjustable one so you can ask that it be checked and adjusted if necessary. Good Luck

does your car move with the clutch pedal all the way down while















its in gear? If not then it sounds like it needs an adjustment. Dont















take it to Toyota Dealer take it to a good transmission shop
