n/a means to mechanics that it's "N"ormaly "A"sperated. a carb set up. and your talking fuel rails, EFI, and such. it's ok, this vehicle only came with EFI.

she runs on starter fluid. good. that proves spark and timing is good for now (not definitive).
if the injectors don't click, check the EFI main fuse. if they do click, the fuel regulator and cold start injector is also in the mix. FYI, having fuel present at the rail doesn't mean there's good pressure. only flow.
if all that checks good, then you do have an issue with either the MAF, EGR, or related emission control systems. despite your claim all sensors are good.
you don't have a Crankshaft Position Sensor. this uses the distributor to locate the crank/cam position. and at this point, i'd call that component good.
