Looked long and hard on the internet for this one and I still don't really have a true definitive answer. How much does it cost for a mechanic to install it, is that the question? If that is the question then it would be over $500. If you would buy and install it, I would recommend a internet site like Rockauto.com to get a price on the unit. The internet site I visited called this a Chain Timing Belt. Never have I heard a term like that. http://www.answers.com/2007+toyota+tarago+timing+belt

Whether your 2007 has the standard 2.4L I4 or the optional 3.5L V6 it is chain driven. Take great care to keep up with the coolant service if it is the V6, though. I expect like the US Sienna that had the 3.5L V6 starting in 2007, if the water pump has to be changed the engine and transaxle have to be removed to access the pump. That is every bit as expensive as it sounds.
