What type of exhaust would suit a yaris?

Default What type of exhaust would suit a yaris?
I have a 06 yaris yr. I know its not a fast car or anything but i wanna know what sort of exhaust would suit it best? I want it to sound really good not like a fart/go kart motor lol heard some cars like that and it just sounds wrong lol and dont want anything that would make me seem like a try hard cause thats the last thing i want lol. And no smartarse answers thankss















Darkhind- new exhaust is on doesn't sound like a fart can, and if u knew how to read u would see that I said no smartarse answers, thanks

yaris with straights sounds pretty good to me : ) For a nice noise try on HKS or Borla exhausts...

Borla exhausts are good but thats the equivelent to putting rims on a Toaster because it makes toast, but you know its not gonna go no where. Just save your money and get something that when you "do" plaace loud pipes on it people wont laugh. Then again 67 miles per gallon is nuthing short to laugh at

With a motor like that on a yaris any kind of exhaust your















going to get is probably going to sound like a fart can

Honestly, there's no better exhaust than the stock one. Any aftermarket set up will change the power band toward one end or the other and make a different exhaust note. The Toyota engineers put the best on the car with regard to power and economy, not to mention durability. If you just want a different sound, discuss this with a speedshop mechanic who has experience with that engine. You can go to any muffler shop and put on a bigger bore muffler for a rumble sound and the engine is going to have its own characteristic come through.
