If you smell antifreeze then it's probably the heater core (which is usually in the area behind the glovebox) check your engine coolant in the overflow tank, if you check the radiator water level be sure to do it with the engine totally cold. If either or both is low, it might be your heater core leaking into the car. If your water level is low and/or getting lower but the wetness inside the car isn't antifreeze, it may still be the heater core, but only if the liquid in your cooling system is straight water (which isn't too great for overall cooling performance let alone freeze-protection.
if it's neither of these situations, try to identify what liquid is appearing inside the car. the only other lines which run near the passenger area are fuel lines and brake lines (both underneath the car so it would have to be a leaking line along with a hole in the floorboard). More likely is if the problem only occurs when the road is wet, it may just be a hole in the floorboard. I hope this helps
