Go to an autobody specialty store, you need a clip tool. This tool is basically a U shaped prybar, designed to grab around the side of the plastic door clips (hence not damaging the expensive little plastic trim clips) a 5 piece soft detrim tool kit is also recommeded, get both tools in a "no mar" finish as not to scratch your door paint. There should be two screws or bolts on the door pull in the armrest, use a small flathead screwdriver carefully to pop the cover off to allow access. Now after those main bolts or screws are removed, take your clip tool and find the plastic clips around the diameter of the door panel, there may be small screws here or there that need to come out. After all the hardware has been carefully removed, the panel should pop right off, now slide the door handle out of the hole it sits in, and unclip the wiring hanessess for the power locks and windows, this should allow the door panel to come free of the door. Making sure have the same size as OEM speakers, remove the factory ones (4 screws) and the speakers pop out, you may have to cut the wires to OEM speakers, make sure to look at a wiring diagram for the car, to get the pos and neg wire right if using the factory wires, splice the wires together, and either crimp the ends or use small wire nuts, and black electrical tape. Make sure the wires won't get in the way of the power window assembly. Now, bolt the aftermarket speakers in the housing, and pop the panel back on, remember the plastic clips you saved by using the clip tool?, once you have the panel lined up back over the door, lightly punch over the clips untill they pop in their holes, and reinstall all other pieces reverse of removal. It sounds complicated but its really easy, and this technique applies to most cars.
