Octane booster raises the octane by about 0.5 octane, so if you're using 87 octane gas, after using the booster, you'll now have 87.5 octane. Not worth the $5 or whatever you paid for it. Likewise, there's no reason to use it on your car. It won't make any extra power, it won't help anything on a Corolla. Likewise with your intake and exhaust, it won't make a noticeable difference. Your car might have an extra 5hp and dropped 5lbs.
