the engine is a 2.2 4 cylinder

You can't, because there isn't a governor. There is no mechanical device that limits the speed of that car. If it stops accelerating at around 100-110mph, it's because it doesn't have enough power to go any faster.

what u means? I have a 98 camry also on the highway it accelerated in slow down while keeping the gas pedal. email me please
