You either have a rim slightly out of round, unbalanced tires (the likely culprit) or 1 or both bad tires in the front. If you purchased new rims, I would assume they are nice looking, which usually on nice looking rims they "static balance" them, which is balancing with the use of "sticky weights" on the inside of the rim so you never see them. This looks nice, but is harder to achieve perfect balance. You could also have a tire with a heavy spot in it, which the installer should have seen while balancing them, or, you could have a rim out of round, which they should have also seen. Either way, the problem should have been detected by whoever put the tires on the new wheels, and since it wasn't, I would assume poor balance. The fact that they told you that it would go away just shows that they are incompetent or they are just lying. Take the truck back to them and tell them to fix it or to give your money back and you will take it to someone who can.
