Did u put aftermarket part? Well if it almost new with original radio, maybe still on warranty so you can get it fix with no charges.
If your car is old then thing like this do happening, a lot of jokes and trick to make it works on old car. I had a friend who drove junkie rusty car. And his radio won't work unless he drive 10 mph then stop the car by press brakes really hard to make radio go on itself.
