it shouldnt be a problem as long they have the same speed and weight rating, and having the same construction is normally recommend, e.g replace radials with radials or cross-plys with cross-plys, the car may be a little lighter to steer and a little more suspectable to movement at speed and in the wind but its only a small change so you'll probably not even notice. i will say the smaller radius may cause your speedometer to give you a slightly off reading, but with smaller tires it will tend to show your going faster than you actually are which is OK.
