how do you raise the backseat up of a 1995 toyota 4 runner to get tire tools?

Default how do you raise the backseat up of a 1995 toyota 4 runner to get tire tools?
I can't find anything to pull to lift the backseats up

I believe it's a small loop strap attached to a latch that is in the gap between the back of the seat bottom and the bottom of the seat back. You may have to reach into the gap and feel around if it's been pushed under. Pull on the strap loop and the latch will disengage and you'll be able to pull the seat bottom up and forward.
