the car should be fine, take a look at it and see if anything is hanging lower than it should be. if it is a rwd vehicle then make sure that the drive shaft is ok but i doubt that a ramp would be able to reach it. most likely you just scraped the frame a little bit maybe taking some of the tar off of it. the frame is very strong and takes a lot of force to mess up, the car should be perfectly safe but im sure a shop would look at it for you either for free or very low cost, i would recommend going to lube shops or tire shops before an actual repair shop because the repair shop will try to charge you for anything they can.
