i reviewed your other questions on this,
just do this,
open the hood. next to the diagnostic port is a connector box. jump terminals Fp and +B. turn the key to the start position. if the pump runs the issue is the circuit opening relay. toy doesn't call it the pump relay, but that's what it is. located up under the dash behind the glove box near the A pillar.
if the pump doesn't run jumped, it's the pump, connector or associated wires going to it.
that's assuming you have 12v power to the injectors. if not, could be the main relay. kick panel at your feet. if not, then ignition switch.
