Default I have 98 Toyota Camry with these check engine codes 171, 1130, 1133. The last few weeks on
hot days I have? had to really push the gas pedal for the car to go above 20. It only does it the first couple minutes when I start and it seems to do it on really hot days.

All three of those indicate trouble producing the correct mixture (with P0171 specifying the mixture is too lean) on bank 1. If your Camry has a 4 cylinder engine it means the entire engine mixture is too lean, while if you have the V6 it is the rear half that is complaining. In either case a vacuum leak will cause the codes, while on the 4 cylinder the MAF sensor is also a suspect. I'm puzzled about causes that go away after warm-up, though.
