Would people really buy a 2000 toyota corrola engine? What would be its worth? at 100k miles?

Basically i have a car, that I want to take a part and sell, since its outershell is bumped in a crash, but the engine ineffected.

SO i hear people would buy the engine?, the seats?, the exhaust? the tires?

How much would the engine be worth anyways? I think that is the most worthiest thing to sell

$500 or so. There are alot of parts that will sell, some you wouldnt think of. Little trim pieces. Transmission is a big one. Lights, doors, window glass. Rearview mirrors. If you do it right you will basicaly have to scrap the frame. Though be careful or you will have to drag that out of the garage lol.

Depends where you live and how many people are interested

in the engine. First of all people are going to be skeptical of any

engine if you cannot start it for them so the buyer can actually

see the engine is up and running rather then buying scrap metal

for couple hundred dollars. Your engine and transmission could

sell for about $500. There is a import used engine store in our

area that sell Camry motors for about $300 and there suppose

to be direct from Japan. Basically if you can prove to your buyers

that everything is in tact and can be started and have no problems

then you can sell
