how can i make my 1998 Toyota Tacoma sound like a Civic?

ok so i have a 1998 toyota tacoma 4cyl 2.4l.. just rear wheel drive. so far i put a set of rims and a billet grill on the truck and inside new seats and a sub and radio. i want to put an exhaust on it. i want to go with something really loud.. like an exhaust on a Honda civic.. i think they call them"tin cans"... but does any one have a recommendation and what exactly do they call this type of exhaust

Personaly i hate that sound but a popular inexpensive muffler is called the "cherry bomb" its the name of the company, you can buy it at auto zone or pep boys then take it somewhere (like a mechanic or muffler shop) to have it welded on.

Haha you could be referring to Fart Cans.

Go to Autozone or Kragens and pick up one

for like 35 bucks take it to a muffler shop make

them drop the stock exhaust and weld on your

fart can. Definitely louder sound but in my

opinion its not clean but if thats what your

looking for then go for it.

Lol clearly you are new to this.

You want an exhaust system

Magnaflows sound great on trucks...go to a muffler shop and ask for catback exhaust.

The piping with install should be $100...with exhaust tip add $50-$70 for a decent one.
