Seems like the paint isn't a perfect match for the car. I would take it back, and see what can be done, especially if you paid a lot of money for the repair. Did the Toyota dealership body shop do the work? If so the should have better access to toyota factory paints and codes. Body shops don't all use the same brand paint as the manufacturer and that could cause issues as well. I had a dent in the side of my s2000 and had it repaired at a very inexpensive shop. The car was silver which is a very difficult color to match, i got what i paid for though. It bothered me so much i just got rid of the car. Obviously this isn't an option for you.
